San Antonio - Riverwalk

Ok, so it's been a loooooooooooooooooooong time since I've posting anything on Natalie and I'm sorry that the last thing were the sad school pictures. So, I'm trying to catch up from the last month and that starts with finishing the trips from our San Antonio weekend last month. The first day we went to the zoo, the second day we hung out at the Riverwalk (we stayed at the Mariott Rivercenter - it was a great location for us). Natalie had so much fun looking out of our window at the river.

After our morning swim we went out for lunch. We ate at Casa Rio - it's one of the oldest resturants on the riverwalk and it was very good! natalie had tons of fun feeding the pigeons crackers and watching the ducks. We had a lot of fun watching her!

After lunch, we went up to the steet level to watch one of the parades that is helding during San Antonio's Fiesta. I think it was the flower parade - either way it was Natalie's first parade and she had alot of fun watching it. Matt was carrying her in the Bjorn and he was able to stand up in a storefront window so they could get a better view.

After the parade, we went back to the river and went on the riverwalk boat ride and eventualy ended up back at the hotel. She was really good on the boat and seemed to enjoy herself. She did fall asleep walking back to the hotel. We don't have a picture of it, but Natalie also had her first ice cream that day and she LOVED it!! She kept the spoon with her the rest of the day (we think she was hoping ice cream would reappear!)
